Role Overview: As an SDR/BDR, you will be at the forefront of our outbound prospecting efforts. You will be a key part of our revenue organization to drive Disclo awareness and support our Sales team generating pipeline and influencing closed won opportunities. Your primary focus will be identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers to build a strong sales pipeline. Success in this role requires a proactive, organized, and hardworking individual who is familiar with the tools and tactics of modern outbound sales. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, event follow-up, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Leverage tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research, target, and engage prospective customers. Key personas include legal, compliance, hr and benefits leaders. 
  • Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the sales team by articulating Disclo’s value proposition and identifying customer pain points.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and up-to-date records in our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to optimize outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Leverage business acumen to research and understand potential clients' industries, pain points, and organizational goals, enabling personalized and impactful outreach that demonstrates a clear alignment between their needs and our solutions.
  • Meet and exceed key performance metrics such as activity volume,meetings booked, and leads qualified.
  • Continuously learn about our product, industry, and customers to improve your ability to engage prospects.
  • Provide regular feedback on outbound campaigns to improve messaging and targeting.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience (1+ years) in business development, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot (or similar CRM), ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Exceptional organization and time-management skills to manage a high volume of outreach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey value and build rapport.
  • Resilient and self-motivated mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and excel in sales.
  • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced collaborative start-up environment

For candidates based in the United States, the base salary for this full-time position is between $60,000 - $70,000/year with On Target Earnings (OTE) between $84,000 - $94,000 when considering variable components (uncapped commission).
